Reflection #8

This week I booked my first makeup appointment since launching the makeup website that I built for my Web Business Creation class. I worked with a photographer to help with makeup for a senior shoot. I did makeup on three girls in an hour and a half. I will also get do makeup on Monday for another senior shoot.

This is a huge milestone for me because I finally feel like my website is going to be successful. Once I get the pictures from the shoot back I will be able to add them to my website and build up my portfolio. This opportunity also allowed me to gain some much needed experience doing a full face of makeup quickly. Thirty minutes is not very long for eyebrows, eyeshadow, foundation, contour, lashes, and everything else. Although, I did feel rushed, I am still very proud of my work and I am really looking forward to Monday.
